My entire experience at Mazur's Total Automotive - Howell was Totally Awesome! Their front office staff is very kind and professional. The amount of my repairs as quoted was exactly what I paid once the job was complete. Most of all my car drives AWESOME and I feel much safer knowing that the issues were fixed by a competent shop! I highly recommend them!

Mazur's Total Automotive - Howell needs to call the customer and advise them on the repairs that are/were done. I never received a call and had to follow up with them - twice.
I previously (August 11) complained about Total shorting me a 1/2 gallon of coolant. I also mentioned it to Tom and was immediately contacted by the owner who offered to make things right. He explained that sometimes an air pocket will give the tech an incorrect fill reading and won't show up until after a few miles. Their only mistake was not telling me that. I'd already purchased and added coolant, so he sent me a 10% off coupon and free oil change cards so he could prove to me they really care about their customers. I agree they care and now plan to return to Total. They stand behind their work.

I was surprised when things did not go as smooth with the return as I had hoped but being the guys were still available for me to come right from work with the locking wheel problem.. I did not feel I was out on a limb. they fixed it and offered me a car if I needed it.. but all worked out well.. and the call the next day to ask me how it was.. was an unexpected surprise. Thanks. John Backhuus said you guys would take care of me. 5 years ago when I first started to use you. I do however did not like a text sent to my phone. Thanks.
Found shimmy problem but didn't find air conditioner fan issue, of course wouldn't occur while there. Overall, service is good, although felt price a little higher than what I had in the past, but could just be me perception.
