A week or so after I had seal work done on my truck, I noticed a rather loud noise coming from my rear axle. It turned out to be a wheel bearing. I, or I should say my wife, took the truck to Total for inspection. It turned out that it was a wheel bearing. I received a call telling me about the issue, giving me a quote for the bearing set, and then telling me that they would cover the labor because this should have been caught when the axle was apart for seal repair. This is fanstastic customer service. Honesty like this is just not present in the repair market, and it is this level of honesty which keeps me going back to Total for my repairs. This truck has 283,000 miles on it, and it just keeps on chugging in large part to the help I get from Total.
