I had to take my car in to find out why my battery kept discharging and TJ a technician at Mazur put it on the scope for diagnosis. I left my keys and waited for the call telling me my car was ready. They had me back on the road in under 2 hours!!! I got an updated list of other repairs that need my attention and I didn’t go broke paying for repairs. Very professional treatment and smiling faces made me happy I remembered Mazur of South Lyon.

This is the first time I've had a problem with a repair done at Mazur's. However, as a televison operations technician, I know things don't always work out on the first try. I returned the car to the shop, picked it up the next day, and it's everything I expected from past experience. Mazur's stood behind their work. I always trusted Mazur's, but this confirmed my trust was warrented. I've said this before, I know a lot about cars. I'm at an age where I don't want to work on cars. When I took the car in for service, I told them what was wrong. However, I suspected there might be another problem. When I got the call that there was another problem, it wasn't a shock. It's the exact "other" problem I told my wife about. It's fortunate that I have the background to diagnose issues. So, when I got the call about the second problem, I knew it wasn't an"upsell." Like I said, they've earned my trust.
