Bob got my car in that day and promised it would be ready by close that day. It was just for a flat tire , but it was friday at 2pm . He stated that the rest of the afternoon was booked, he squeezed me in and fixed my flat tire . I was good to go for the weekend. That's customer service . They do really a good job. Do everything they say that really has to be done. Very friendly. Done in a good time.

I took my vehicle in for a inspection of the suspension and steering components. They performed the inspections quickly found nothing wrong with any of the components and were very friendly and informative. This was my first visit to the garage and I was very impressed. So impressed that I will be using them to perform the timing belt replacement on my car when it is due in the next six to eight months.

Prompt service with reasonable price

This is my go-to place for all things that are not warranty items. I have used Total Automotive for nearly 25 years and two owners. It is hard to find a place where there is integrity and honesty along with good customer service. My most recent trip in was for routine maintenance and they made several recommendations based on mileage and other factors. However, they were just that - recommendations. There were no high-pressure "you need to do this today" tactics. The waiting area was remodeled a couple of years ago and it still looks like it was just done as they are sticklers to the details. If they keep their waiting area clean and comfortable, you can expect the same when they work on your car. Lastly, and one of the biggest selling points of this business is that they will pick you up, drop you off, or if necessary provide you with a loaner vehicle while they work on your car. Not even the dealerships do that. I guess that is why I return time and time again even after nearly 25 years.
