Recently I was told that my 2017 Toyota Highlander needed new struts and shocks. I was flabbergasted at how much my once trusted mechanic was going to charge. Family members had gone to one of their other Mazur locations and they were pleased with Mazurs. Naturally, I wanted a second opinion and went to Mazurs in Howell . Jason was very helpful and shared that he would call me later that same day. I was shocked when Jason called and told me that I needed neither shocks or struts. I had also told them that my antifreeze was leaking. Turned out the radiator cap was no longer functioning correctly. They called and asked permission to replace it. Mazurs of Howell is NOW the place I will go to when my car needs oil changes or other services. Thank you to Jason and the crew that work there. I appreciate Jason's help and the honesty of the folks at Mazurs in Howell.

Called Mazur South Lyon Automotive at 8 this morning asking for an appointment for an oil change. Don’t remember the gentleman’s name, but he was very friendly and asked if 11 would work. I was sure it would be a different day so I was pleased to say that would be great. The inspection that they do checking fluids, etc showed I have a few issues that I need to address but today I only got the in-car air filter replaced because it was filthy. Thanks for checking my levels and everything else you did to get me back on the road. I’ll be back!!!

Thanks to all at Mazur's Pinckney for getting my vehicle road ready for an upcoming cross country journey! Brakes, ball bearings, oil change and alignment completed expediently. First, I want to say I am typically not one to write reviews, but feel compelled to say the team at this location deserves, at the very least, a 5 star rating. The Mazur's Total Automotive team here at the Pinckney, MI location is top notch. I ran into a situation with my vehicle, where, in the end, it was totaled. When my car was first brought to them, they set me up with a free loaner vehicle for convenience, and took the time to thoroughly inspect my car, putting together a plan of action for how to go about repairing the damages. They pushed my car in and out of the shop a few times, not only for the initial assessment, but also for the time when insurance inspector came out, and later/last (knowing the car was going to be totaled) for when I requested they help me prepare the car to be taken away. They switched out the wheel-set and removed some of the accessories on the car that I wanted to keep, and they made it happen with integrity knowing it would support me, which speaks volumes. They even went a step further and took it upon themselves to do the extra work making the insurance company cover the costs of the inspections and time put into my vehicle. I hold a lot of gratitude for the support they provided me and the family, and these days, feel it is difficult to know who to trust in the auto-repair industry. I believe this experience, I am choosing to share with you all, is a testament for why Mazur's Total Automotive in Pinckney, MI is the team to work with. I will certainly be back. - Brian
